Remote Managed Services (RMS):
With the complexity of Microsoft Servers these days, it is basically mandatory for something to constantly monitor them. The Best Geeks RMS accomplishes just that. Your internal IT environment is basically outsourced to us to be managed and monitored. Each machine has an agent installed that monitors the health of that machine and if anything starts to go wrong it is reported to us. Our staff can connect remotely to the computer with the issue and work towards a resolution. Now days well over 95% of all issues can be resolved remotely. The days of someone having to be onsite to fix a problem are almost at an end.
 
What about my budget?
One of the options that we offer is Unlimited Remote Managed Services. For a set monthly fee for the machines under a Managed Service contract, if the issue can be resolved remotely it will not cost you anything additional. This is becoming very popular as you can set your monthly IT budget and not get too many surprises. We have had a number of Microsoft bugs that our staff has been able to work with Microsoft remotely that did not cost our clients anything additional because they were on an Unlimited Managed Service contract.
