Work as a contract sales person on your time, and make the money you need. At The Best Geeks we offer complete computer services to businesses in The Woodlands, Kingwood and Spring areas.

The simple fact that most small business owners have no idea what they would do should their fileserver be stolen gives us a leg up from the very beginning.

As a contract sales person you would be responsible for developing leads, prospects and customers on a weekly basis. Our consultants would service those customers and you get paid for it. You can earn up to 20% of every sale you make.

You should already have experience in outside sales, and preferably business to business sales. We will train you on our services, and give you a specific territory by zip code. You must live within five minutes of the service area.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Lead sourcing, lead database maintenance, prospect tracking, lead tracking procedures, lead productivity reporting, sales pipeline tracking, initial and ongoing sales training, weekly QA calls (sales), daily tech activity sales plan, secondary goal setting, daily lead sheets
  • Cover, source and prospect sales territory in the zip code(s) assigned.
  • Build relationships with contractors and small businesses and individuals via sales and marketing, using phone, e-mail, direct mail and sales appointments.
  • Actively attend the scheduled events of numerous networking organizations that The Best Geeks has a membership with.
  • Respond to requests from contractors and Small businesses on topics such as product detail, marketing material, sales and solutions.
  • Work with tech management to prioritize pending service agreements, leads and prospects from the field.
  • Good presentation skills, high energy level, prospecting skills, history of meeting sales goals, sales planning, solution selling, motivation to make income potential.

YOU SHOULD BE FAMILIAR WITH THE FOLLOWING:

  • Computers, networking and technical work, operating system reloads, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, system upgrades, up-selling, data transfer, business to business sales, back-ups, organization, follow-up, service contract sales and prospecting.
